Rates

$225.00 US per night (3 or more guests)

Special Rate for Couples (1 or 2 guests): $150.00 per night

Outclean Charge:  $200.00

General Excise and Transient Accommodations Taxes:  12 .25% (After 7/1/2010 13 .25%) 

Refundable Damage Deposit:  $200.00

Discounts for longer stays:

14-20 nights:  10% discount

21-27 nights:  20% discount

Monthly rate (28-30 nights):  $4000.00 with additional nights at $130.00/night

50% deposit required to hold reservation Balance due 30 days before arrival date

Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel, there are no refunds, but you may change your reservation dates for a $100.00 change fee.  There is no charge for minor date changes, which are subject to availability.
